Login using your UAonline UserName and Password. If the browser you chose is causing connectivity issues please choose another browser.

 

You have access to the following services:

 

  • Communication - Secure messaging with SHCC staff.  Response time could be more than 72 hours. Not for emergent use.
  • Appointment forms - Complete required forms prior to check-in.
  • Immunizations - Access your immunizations or upload immunization records from an outside source.
  • Insurance - Blue Cross Blue Shield, LewerMark or United Healthcare Student Resources are courtesy billed. For all others add your insurance to assist in your health care plan for referrals, lab work and diagnostic orders.
  • Patient Statements - View balances due.  Payments can be made over the phone or in person.
  • Patient Education - Printing valuable information.
  • Records requests - Send requests electronically from the SHCC website, https://www.uaa.alaska.edu/students/health-safety/health-counseling-center/policies-faq.cshtml

 

If you are unable to login:

You will need to reset your UAonline credentials after 3 failed log in attempts or due to either inactivity on the portal or otherwise not having an active UAA computer account. Go to a browser and type me.uaa.alaska.edu to reset your UAonline password. If you are still having trouble call us at 907-786-4050.

 

In order to better serve you, please remember to forward your UAA email

to your personal email address if you use it most. UAA IT services website has instructions.
