Welcome to the UAA Student Health and Counseling Center Patient Portal

We are available at 907-786-4050 if you need to speak to someone.

Login using your UAonline UserName and Password.

You now have access to the following services:

• Communication - secure messaging with SHCC staff.
• Appointment forms - complete needed forms prior to check-in.
• Immunizations - access your immunizations or upload immunization records from an outside source.
• Records - upload your own records or download a Release of Records form to request record transfers.
• Insurance - enter and upload card information for either Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna or LewerMark.
• Patient Statements - view balances due.  Payments can be made over the phone or in person.
• Patient Education - printing valuable information.

If you are unable to login:

You will need to reset your UAonline credentials after 3 failed log in attempts or due to either inactivity on the portal or otherwise not having an active UAA computer account. Go to a browser and type me.uaa.alaska.edu to reset your UAonline password. If you are still having trouble call us at 907-786-4050.

In order to better serve you, please remember to forward your UAA email to your personal email address if you use it most.
